Creamy, chocolaty and nutrient-dense. This must-try recipe for chocolate avocado pudding will leave you wanting more!
I first made a version of Chocolate Avocado Pudding just a couple months after I had my third baby, as I was in the throes of nursing cravings and needed to eat more nutrient-dense foods and less sugar.
I was skeptical of the concept at the time, but was impressed with how creamy it turned out. Upon that first taste, I was sold. It was DELICIOUS—and it helped knowing it was actually good for me.
So nearly 10 years later, here I am sharing a super simple, yet super tasty recipe for Chocolate Avocado Pudding. For those of you cutting back on sugar, you can even put in less than the suggested amount of sweetener.
