I’m sure it’s quite common, but often when I’m grocery shopping I find myself watching what the person in front or behind me in line is buying. It’s ridiculous, but I give myself a mental pat on the back if I have more healthy items such as veggies than them. I have no idea why I need that sort of validation, as if good health isn’t enough. I don’t judge the person, after all I don’t eat strict Paleo by any means.
A year and a half ago, I wrote about what I got for $132 grocery shopping. Since it’s been so long, I thought I’d share again what’s in my buggy, treats, sweets and all.
