Extreme temperatures made CrossFit intense and pool time much deserved.
Throughout the competition, competitors fought hard–against the heat, against each other, against themselves–and in the end, freedom was won. Celebrate freedom.
Between family visiting from out of town, then a trip to my parent’s house that weekend, it was hard to make it to the gym–and walking with James Michael after work didn’t make the top of the priority list.
