I know I’ve said this before, but sometimes when you’re strapped for time, it’s easier to find inspiration from others than create it yourself.

Over the past couple years, an unsung hero has perfected the margarita. I wish I could take credit, but I’m the first to admit I’m a horrible mixologist.
Now that I’m a mom, I plan to sneak veggies into James Michael’s diet in any way I can, though I’m hoping he naturally loves veggies as much as his daddy.

I know what’s healthy to me (full-fat dairy and butter, bacon, eggs, etc.) may not be healthy to the masses, but the good news is I do find ways to squeeze in a lot of veggies!
I can’t bring myself to dress my salads with store-bought concoctions, even though there are some good (healthy) ones out there.
I haven’t had much time for recipe creation during the past few months, so I’ve relied heavily on others’ recipes and a few of my trusted old ones.
