First off, let me say that I’ve already been completely overwhelmed with gratitude, and I’m only 21 weeks into this pregnancy!
Today marks 20 weeks of pregnancy! On Wednesday, I had an anatomy ultrasound, where we found out it’s a healthy boy!
18 weeks. 4.5 months. 126 days. Getting closer and closer to the halfway point!
In some ways, time has flown by, but in other ways, I feel like the end of the year is still so far away.
With pregnancy, my ever-expanding waistline is a new and crazy sensation.
I’m still doing CrossFit workouts, but have cut back to about 3 times a week, which has been more dependent on my weekly softball games and horrendous traffic than my pregnancy.
I was plagued by thoughts of things going wrong. But I calmed down a bit after my first doctor’s appoint on Friday.
The first thing the doctor did was an ultrasound, which showed a tiny blur of a baby and a yolk sac.
According to three brands of pregnancy tests that I took throughout the day yesterday, April 19, I’m pregnant!
